This is conveniently located right opposite the Botanical Garden and close to the Valparai entry point. We booked a premium room for the three of us (me, my husband, and our 10-year-old daughter). The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-maintained. The blankets and towels provided are very neat and clean. The place is super comfortable and gave us peaceful, noise-free sleep every night. No disturbances at all. We had great conversations and quality family time. My daughter loves reading books, and the quiet, serene atmosphere suited her perfectly. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and satisfying. They change the menu every day without compromising in the taste and quality. The hospitality was outstanding. Phillips took great care of us, and we even met the courteous owner, Mr. Jebaraj. Everyone was so welcoming. What I liked most is they don't allow everyone. They choose their guests here. Only for families and not for bachelor groups. That could be the answer for how they are maintaining with clean and tidy. Noiseless environment. Accommodation has good location on the edge of town and takes about 10 minutes to walk into town. They provide simple but freshly made (Indian) breakfast. Dinner also on request. Friendly staff, although there was somewhat of a language barrier as English was limited. Towels, toilet paper were not initially provided, but they did so on request.
